HR Internship Program:
This HR internship program offers a comprehensive understanding of key human resource functions and provides practical, hands-on experience over six weeks. Interns will work across various HR domains, gaining insights into recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, operations, learning and development, and compliance.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Learn job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with offer letter preparation and follow-up communications.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare onboarding checklists and assist with orientation sessions.
- Track new hire engagement and gather feedback.
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan team events and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and present findings.
4. HR Operations
- Manage employee data and assist with attendance and leave tracking.
- Support exit formalities and communicate HR policies.

- Coordinate training sessions and analyze feedback.
- Conduct skill gap analysis and recommend training programs.
6. HR Compliance
- Review company policies for compliance with labor laws.
